Our Mission
學術交流基金會成立逾六十年，持續推動臺美雙邊學術交流。包括 Fulbright ETA 與 FSE ETF 在內的多項計畫，已協助臺灣各教育階段推動國際教育並建置英語友善學習環境超過二十年。
因應 2030 雙語政策 ，教育部與學術交流基金會合作推動高等教育英語授課，提供 專業英語教學培訓 、成立 全英語授課支援團隊 ，並改善大學雙語教學環境。每年亦辦理 海外培訓計畫 ，協助本國籍教授提升英語授課教學法，並強化與美國的研究合作。本年度更將師訓獎助延伸至 大專院校博士班學生 ，期望擴大博士生國際視野，並培育未來英語授課人才，推動臺灣高等教育國際化。
基金會每年舉辦海外培訓，帶領教授參訪美國名校，深化 EMI 教學理論與實務觀摩。旨在提升教師專業技巧、加強台美研究合作。
教育部攜手學術交流基金會延攬美籍師訓專家，成立「EMI 全英語授課專業支援團」進駐大專院校，致力於優化大學雙語環境與品質，提升臺灣高教的英語競爭力。
學術交流基金會建置 Research Hub 媒合平台，透過智慧配對機制連結台美教授研究專長，旨在降低跨國合作門檻並提升臺灣學術的國際能見度。
