Biography

She received her Ph.D. from National Chengchi University and is currently a Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of International Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, and Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management.
